Title: Inventory Manager

Work location: Boca Raton, FL, 33431

Assignment Length: 12+ Months (Possible extension/conversion)

Shift Timings: 8am -5pm. 1st shift, no OT or weekends expected. Onsite assignment in Boca, but we may need this person to travel to one or two of the larger sites

Job Description:

• The Inventory Manager will lead and establish an inventory management process to ensure efficiency and accuracy across three systems.
• Manages entire warehouse operations and oversees performance of all tasks involved in the shipment, requisition, and storage of materials, supplies, and equipment into and from warehouse.
• May include the coordination of material flow within a manufacturing organization and shipping and receiving.
• This consultant will be responsible for addressing and fixing issues in the asset model of sales, differentiating between raw and finished goods, and managing various processes.
• The role will be onsite with some travel required.

Main Job Responsibilities:

• Lead physical inventory counts at all sites, including rental units housed at customer sites.
• Establish and maintain an inventory tracking process, identifying any gaps requiring system upgrades.
• Conduct analysis for reserve adjustments.
• Identify key metrics for tracking inventory.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Minimum of [X] years of experience in inventory management, operations, and logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different departments.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and data analysis tools.
• Leadership and team management abilities.
