Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Product Management Intern to join our dynamic and innovative team at Ossia. As a Product Management Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our product management efforts by gaining valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of that role. This internship will provide you with an opportunity to develop your skills, contribute to real-world projects, and learn from experienced professionals in the field.

Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Analyze data and provide insights to assist in the development of effective marketing strategies.
  • Product Positioning and Messaging: Collaborate with the product marketing and customer success teams to develop compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target customers. Assist in crafting clear and concise value propositions for different market segments.
  • Content Creation: Support the creation of high-quality marketing content such as product collateral, presentations, and case studies. Ensure that the content is accurate, engaging, and aligns with the company's brand guidelines.
  • Sales Enablement: Provide sales teams with the necessary tools and resources to effectively communicate the value of our products to customers.
  • Launch Support: Assist in the planning and execution of product launches, including coordinating cross-functional teams, developing launch materials, and tracking launch performance. Contribute to the development of go-to-market strategies to maximize product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs). Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to the product management team.

Requirements

  • Must be able to come to the office located in Redmond, WA.
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in product management and a desire to learn about the entire product lifecycle.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive actionable insights.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with tools like Jira is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
