Who doesn't want to work on toys for properties like Marvel, Star Wars, GI Joe, Transformers, and more?! This position is responsible for the creative development of manufacturable aesthetics in the product development process. Artists collaborate with partners to build top-quality aesthetics that meet licensing and consumer demands using traditional techniques. Artists build physical assets at key development stages to convey aesthetics for production and marketing.
What You'll Do:
Apply a variety of traditional painting techniques, including freehand painting, masking, airbrush, spray painting, and color mixing and matching using the Pantone system.
Work with precision on delicate objects and perform some fine model-making work.
Follow all internal guidelines to safeguard sensitive intellectual property.
Demonstrate ambition and a proven track record to collaborate with development partners to achieve flawless product aesthetics.
Participate in onsite training to meet Hasbro and toy industry standards.
What You’ll Bring:
Currently enrolled in an accredited, degree-seeking program pursuing a major in Fine Arts, Industrial Design, or a related major with at least one quarter or semester left after August 2025 .
Strong attention to detail and a passion for crafting exceptionally high-quality products.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong time management abilities.
Clear communication abilities to express innovative concepts.
A portfolio showcasing relevant experience in model making and painting techniques.
Candidates are responsible for their own housing & transportation (free parking).
Hasbro Headquarters are in Pawtucket, RI, 6.5 miles from the Attleboro, MA commuter rail station. We offer shuttle service to/from the office/commuter rail station.
