High volume design frim seeking full time Interior Designer. Our goal is to bring quality interior design to “the everyday family”. To apply please send your resume and THREE examples of your best designs, skethches, or proposals.
```Duties```
- Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences, functional needs, and budget constraints
- Create and present design concepts, including floor plans, color schemes, and material selections
- Develop detailed drawings and specifications for construction or renovation projects
- Source and select furniture, fixtures, finishes, and accessories that align with the design concept
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
- Oversee the installation of design elements and provide on-site support as needed
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address any design-related issues
```Experience```
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
- 3+ years Proven experience in interior design, preferably in residential or commercial projects
- Proficiency in Canva, Sketchup, CAD, and other design software
- Strong knowledge of color theory, space planning, materials, and finishes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
