Job Description: We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to deliver exceptional results. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing the implementation of interior design projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, and space plans.
• Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction and installation.
• Select and source interior finishes, furniture, fabrics, lighting, and accessories.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and procurement.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure project success.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design integrity.
• Stay current with industry trends and innovations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field.
• Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Vast knowledge of home construction and specifications for construction documents.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Creative flair and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
