Location: St. George, UT (In-Office Only)

You will partner with Our company and be given a structured mentorship program. We provide a unique pathway for entrepreneurial professionals to launch and grow their own insurance agency. Please note : This is an independent contractor role designed for individuals ready to operate their own business within our structured support framework. It is not a salaried or hourly employment position.

What You'll Do:

• Learn to launch, operate, and grow your own Farmers agency
• Recruit and manage a small support team as your network grows
• Build client relationships and offer personalized insurance solutions
• Develop marketing strategies to drive new business
• Use APEX (Salesforce CRM) to manage your pipeline and performance
• Become a trusted advisor in your community

Compensation & Benefits:

• Commission-only role with uncapped earning potential
• First-Year Income Potential : $75,000$150,000+ Estimated
• Long-Term Income : Estimated $250,000+ through residual commissions and growth bonuses
• Bonuses : Up to 36 months of startup bonuses, branding incentives, and more
• Residual Income : Earn on renewals year after year
• The capability to build a sellable asset
• Access to benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and more

Note : This is a commission-only opportunity. Earnings are based on individual performance and client retention.

What You'll Need:

• $100,000 in liquid capital to fund your agencys startup and operations (not paid to Farmers)

• Must be licensed  in:
• Property & Casualty
• Life, Accident & Health
• Must live in Southern Utah and work in the office daily (St. George or surrounding areas)

• Strong work ethic, leadership ability, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to pass a criminal and financial background check

Pay: $70,941.00 - $150,921.00 per year
