Crown Allstate Insurance Agency is currently hiring Insurance Sales Agents and Customer Service Representatives for Crown Automotive locations in St. Petersburg. Hourly Base + Commission + Bonus + Benefits + 401K

Entry level candidates with no prior experience and new to the industry are welcome to apply! We will help train and obtain necessary license (220, 440 or 2044) prior to start date. We are a multi-line, full service agency with offices located in our automotive dealerships. Crown sells and services hundreds of vehicles a month, providing a lead-rich setting with daily, in person, customer interactions leading to immense earning potential! Competitive base hourly pay, and commission, along with BONUSES! Expected first year income range of $45-70K plus benefits! Benefits Include:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales / Customer Service Duties:

• Consult with clients about insurance coverages
• Compare policy options
• Answer client questions
• Make policy recommendations
• Complete insurance verification upon auto sale to uncover customer needs
• Complete applications
• Process customer policy changes
• Complete daily follow-up calls
• Participate in fun and engaging community events for networking!
• Must be a High School Graduate (or GED)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Able to Pass Background Check and Drug Screen
• Must Hold a Valid Driver’s License
• Computer skills- typing, data entry, Microsoft Office Suite

License Requirements: To be a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent or a Customer Service Representative, you must have your Florida Property and Casualty (P&C) License (220, 440 or 2044), and we will help you earn it! We will assist new hires with renewing or acquiring necessary licensing prior to start date. Our comprehensive training will allow you to grow within our company.
