**Job Title: Insulation Foreman**
**Job Description**
As an Insulation Foreman, you will bring over five years of experience to the role, where you will supervise and lead insulation crews on job sites. You will be responsible for planning and delegating daily tasks to ensure project timelines are met, reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and work orders, and ensuring the proper installation of various insulation types such as fiberglass, spray foam, cellulose, and rigid boards. You will inspect work for quality assurance and compliance with building codes, maintain safety standards, and conduct regular safety meetings. Effective communication with clients, contractors, and team members will be paramount, as will tracking materials, tools, and equipment usage, training new crew members, and reporting progress to project managers.
**Responsibilities**
+ Supervise and lead insulation crews on job sites.
+ Plan and delegate daily tasks to ensure project timelines are met.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders.
+ Ensure proper installation of various insulation types (e.g., fiberglass, spray foam, cellulose, rigid boards).
+ Inspect work for quality assurance and compliance with building codes.
+ Maintain safety standards and conduct regular safety meetings.
+ Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
+ Track materials, tools, and equipment usage.
+ Train new crew members and provide ongoing guidance.
+ Report progress, issues, and delays to project managers.
**Essential Skills**
+ Strong knowledge of insulation materials, techniques, and safety practices.
+ Ability to read construction documents and manage job site logistics.
+ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
+ Experience with hand and power tools.
+ Blueprint reading and interpretation.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications preferred.
+ Minimum 4 years of experience in insulation installation, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
+ OSHA certification and other relevant safety credentials are a plus.
+ Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
+ Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
