Infrastructure and Environment Investment Banking Vice President Location Chicago, IL (Near North Side area) : The Infrastructure and Environment Team at Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL) is seeking an Investment Banking Vice President. BGL's growing Infrastructure and Environment (I&E) team focuses on several key areas: Environmental Infrastructure, Energy Transition, Digital Infrastructure and Transportation & Logistics Infrastructure. This opportunity is open to either our Cleveland, OH or Chicago, IL office. Responsibilities:

• Support senior bankers in transaction execution and client management
• Lead day-to-day execution of transactions
• Manage deal team junior bankers and review their work product
• Leads development of key engagement marketing materials, including but not limited to: detailed financial and valuation models, memorandums, ...and other transaction related materials.
• Assists with identification of potential investors, lenders, buyers, and acquisition targets
• Manage transaction execution timeline
• Supports with business development efforts
• Provides mentorship to junior banking team members

Qualifications:

• Five or more years of experience focused on mergers and acquisitions investment banking, preferably within the infrastructure and environment space
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Strong sell-side M&A experience, as well as experience in buy-side and capital raising transactions
• FINRA Licenses 63 & 79
• Proven track record of strong transaction execution including new business presentations, financial analysis, transaction marketing documents and preparation of other related materials
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong work ethic and organization skills
