Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive retention and upsell potential.

• Partner with the Director of Operations to develop accurate pricing and project estimates.
• Track and manage sales performance to ensure commission eligibility.
• Operate as a 1099 independent contractor , maintaining autonomy while meeting company sales objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven success in B2B sales, business development, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle.
• Experience in commission-based or performance-driven sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Must be local to the area, though the role is primarily remote/hybrid.
