The direct marketing department at Divergent in Temecula is a marketing, sales and promotional advertising firm that is seeking a Business Marketing and Sales Trainee. The position is a full time position with opportunities to grow from within.
Divergent offers real-world marketing experience servicing leading clients in large industries. The Business Marketing and Sales Trainee will work directly with and report to the Marketing and Sales Manager. This may involve doing research on a target market, actively participating in product knowledge seminars and morning meetings, assisting the sales team on a daily basis, and providing direct customer service and sales support to consumers. The Business Marketing and Sales Trainee can expect to gain insight into innovative marketing, sales and communications strategies through full participation in company activities and directives.
