Join us for this incredible opportunity to be part of our team as a Hybrid Overnight Front Office Supervisor and Daytime Agent at Hyatt Centric located in Key West, FL.  

The Overnight Front Office Supervisor is the Manager on Duty at the Front Office on 2 weekend nights. In addition to night audit reporting duties, this person is also there to assist guests and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing guest reservations, running nightly reports, luggage assistance, fulfilling guest requests, partnering with Security to ensure guest safety, and any other guest needs that arise. Additionally,  Front Office colleagues are responsible for welcoming guests to our beautiful resort. You’ll handle the guest registration process, communication of hotel services and promotions, and luggage service. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience.   Other responsibilities will include processing forms of payment, responding to guest inquires, answering hotel calls, assisting guests with luggage service, among other duties.  You'll be the face of Hyatt as a Front Office Colleague.

Duties Include:

• Supervise Overnight Operations (2 Nights per Week Guaranteed) – Act as the overnight leader, ensuring smooth front desk operations, guest satisfaction, and security during late-night hours.
• Guest Services (2-3 Shifts per Week, Morning/Evening) – Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk, assisting guests with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries.
• Upselling & Sales Incentives – Earn commission on eligible upsells during your daytime shifts.
• Additional Supervisor Opportunities – Take on leadership duties during the day as needed and be available for additional overnight shifts when necessary.

Qualifications

• Takes pride in a great job done
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others
• Customer service experience, with at least one year Front Desk experience
• Great verbal communication skills and computer skills
• Able to lift, pull, and push a moderate amount of weight
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
