Lexington Electrical & HVAC: Be a Comfort Hero - HVAC Installer

Lexington Electrical & HVAC is seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Installer to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be a vital part of ensuring our residential and commercial clients stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

Responsibilities:

• Install new HVAC systems according to blueprints and specifications.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system malfunctions.
• Test and ensure proper functionality of installed systems.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Collaborate with technicians and other team members.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining installations and repairs to clients.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC installation and/or service.
• EPA certification for refrigerant handling is a plus.
• Strong understanding of HVAC system components and operation.
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and mechanical skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• A commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
