Come join us! We are a family owned and operated Baltimore headquarted union mechanical contractor that is seeks a Plumbing/HVAC estimator to perform the following tasks:

* Thoroughly review contract bid documents.

* Perform detailed mechanical (Plumbing and HVAC) piping and equipment takeoff's.

* Communicate with vendors and subcontractors.

* Prepare and submit detailed requests for information.

* Provide input on construction schedules.

Must have great communication, organizational and time management skills, attention to detail and be experienced with Microsoft Office. Prior experience with Viewpoint (mechanical estimating software) preferred but not required. Excellent salary and benefits offered.

Must have large mechanical project experience.
