The Human Resources Coordinator plays a pivotal role in delivering essential day-to-day human resources support to frontline employees and managers across multiple locations, including SAP Center, Tech CU Arena, and Sharks Ice Locations. This position involves close collaboration with managers to develop, edit, and manage schedules for frontline employees, ensuring smooth operations and optimal staffing. The HR Coordinator is integral to fostering a positive work environment and supporting the overall HR functions. Responsibilities and essential functions may vary by Aramark location, aligning with specific client requirements and dynamic business needs.
COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position ranges from $20.00 to $24.00, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Coordinate and schedule event
Work with managers to create, edit, and maintain schedules for frontline employees
Support leads, supervisor, managers, NPO's and staffing agency in event operations
Maintain employee records and schedules in the time-keeping system (ABI)
Provide daily HR support to frontline employees and managers across multiple sites (SAP Center, Tech CU Arena, Sharks Ice Locations)
Assist and perform administrative duties such as data entry, record review, data maintenance, filing, distributing mail, orders, stocking supplies, answering phones, greeting visitor.
Review candidate applications, screen applicants, and schedule interviews
Facilitate new hire orientations and job fairs
Ensure HR matters are handled confidentially and promptly
Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Interpret policies and provide guidance to ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements
Provide support to other department's (Accounting AP/AR, Payroll, Human Resources)
Maintain office memos and informative postings
Operate technology, systems, and software such as voicemail systems, copiers/scanners, personal computers, and MS Office
Performs other duties as assigned.

Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required
Must be able to obtain food safety certification and RBS
Prior administrative experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Requires frequent repetitive motions with hands and/or arms
Commitment to delivering excellent customer service, responding promptly to inquiries, and addressing concerns professionally
Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 25 lbs
