HRIS Analyst and LMS Administrator Location Remote in Florida : Overview:

The HRIS Analyst will perform varied and complex tasks associated with the support and maintenance of the Company's HR related systems. This position serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, and analyzing data imports during implementations. The HRIS Analyst also supports UKG Pro upgrades, testing and other technical projects as assigned.

Responsibilities: Analysis
  • Audit Reports - Help maintain data integrity in systems by running and analyzing data. Communicate corrections to the appropriate departments. Assist in identifying processes to automate data corrections through event triggers to notify intended personnel.
  • System Maintenance - Assist in the review, testing and implementation of UKG Pro system semiannual releases. Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix.
  • Production Support - Provide support for UKG Pro including, but not limited to, researching and resolving UKG Pro problems, unexpected results or process flaws. Work UKG cases for a quick resolution.
  • New HR Initiatives - Support administration in the project planning, data mapping and implementation of new HR systems integrating with UKG Pro.
Learning Management
  • Training - Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Train HR team on new process/functionality. Develop and maintain materials to assist corporate HR in training end users.
  • User Self-Service - Maintain all training materials in UKG for self-service.
  • LMS Administration - Support the Eloomi learning management system by administering the rules, automations, notifications, and security. Setup all course related information, performance management, employee engagements and troubleshooting employee and system errors.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1-3 years HR analysis experience.
  • UKG Pro (formerly UltiPro) experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • HR certification is desired.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data, including federal regulations including department of labor standards.
  • Strong understanding of HR database structure, functions and processes, and experience with database tools.
  • LMS administration experience is desired.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, and thorough knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in developing training materials is required. Video production in articulate or related software is desired.
  • Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous exposure to project-related activities through active participation in system-related projects.
  • Ability to work between multiple ongoing projects.
