About the role

What You’ll Do: 

Lead Talent Acquisition: Strategically attract and hire top-tier talent through innovative recruitment methods, while managing the full cycle from job postings to on-boarding. 

Enhance Employee Engagement: Address employee concerns, foster a positive and inclusive remote work environment, and keep our global team motivated and connected. 

Champion Learning & Development: Identify and coordinate training and development opportunities to help employees grow and succeed in their roles. 

Handle Compensation & Benefits: Administer and optimize our competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent. 

Cooperate with our General Manager for Compliance: Maintain compliance with international labor laws and regulations, ensuring our remote practices meet all legal requirements. 

Leverage Data: Analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making for our Managers. What We’re Looking For: Experience: Proven experience in HR departments, ideally within a remote or international setting.

About you

Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a thorough understanding of HR best practices. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus. Mindset: A proactive, strategic thinker who thrives in a remote environment and is passionate about fostering a vibrant, inclusive company culture.
