HR Advisor - 12 month Fixed Term Contract

A National company with an excellent reputation are seeking a HR Advisor on a 12 month FTC. This role is great if you are early in your HR career and looking for a fantastic opportunity to work for a large company, who can offer support and guidance to help develop your career. Your day will be varied and fast paced, providing support to line managers on correct procedures and reviewing policies, assisting senior members of the HR team on priority cases whilst learning and advancing your own skills.

Role: HR Advisor 12m FTC

Location: Flint (office based)

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritise cases and support the HR Team with deadlines. 
• Keep all cases up to date on the system.
  
• Meet all internal policy guidelines and adhere to GDPR.
  
• Review policies and provide line managers with support with any updates to these policies.
  
• Provide line managers with support and guidance on matters including policies, performance reviews and grievances.
  
• Coach managers on people management surrounding decision-making, fairness and the correct approach
  

Requirements

• Ability to provide advice independently and work as part of a team
  
• Previous track record of case management
  
• Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified
  
• Good problem solver
