Are you an experienced HR Advisor seeking a new permanent job?  Would you like an exciting and varied generalist role within a very successful, highly reputable, well established company?  Is Mirfield, West Yorkshire convenient for you?  If so, this could be the perfect role for you!

Working closely with the Head of HR, this is a fast paced, varied generalist role and your duties as HR Advisor will include, but are not limited to:

• Supporting Managers, providing advice on a variety of HR related queries
• Employee Relations
• Dealing with recruitment
• Attendance Management
• Updating systems
• Working in a very fast paced environment
• Preparing reports
• Assisting with disciplinaries and grievances
• Any other duties as required

You will have:

• Previous generalist HR experience within a busy, fast paced environment
• Strong and effective communication skills at all levels
• The ability to work on your own initiative
