You will play a critical role leading our housekeeping team, enabling them to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in our guest rooms, creating exceptional guest experiences, all while enjoying a competitive salary in a fun, team-oriented environment. WHAT YOU’LL DO
Helps to lead the charge in transforming our guest rooms into inviting accommodations ensuring impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail.
Empowers hotel staff to deliver great guest service.
Ensures cleanliness standards are met and exceeded for both guest rooms and public areas.
Assists in Planning work schedules and room assignments with minimum disruption to guests.
Emphasizes training and development to empower employees to provide excellent guest service.
Communicates openly with staff to handle their concerns, provides them guidance.

SKILLS EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Experience in a Room Attendant role in a hotel or similar environment preferred.
Must have attention to detail with the ability to be thorough in your work.
Must be able to work independently while maintaining timelines.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to navigate various departments of the organization’s physical premises.
