Compensation: $95,000 to $120,000 per Year

Seeking an experienced Housekeeper with experience working in a UHNW home. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and professional.

Main Work Duties:

• Daily deep cleaning of all rooms.
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces.
• Caring for high-end furniture, antiques, and artwork.
• Maintaining bathrooms, including deep sanitization.
• Window cleaning and polishing glass/mirrors.
• Trash and recycling management.
• Washing, ironing, and steaming clothing and linens.
• Wardrobe organization, including seasonal rotation.
• Hand-washing delicate and designer garments.
• Packing and unpacking luggage for travel.
• Preparing guest suites with fresh linens and toiletries.
• Ensuring common areas are always immaculate.
• Managing household organization, including closets and storage spaces.
• Restocking household essentials and cleaning supplies.
• Cleaning and organizing kitchen and pantry.
• Managing refrigerator and pantry inventory.
• Assisting with table setting.
• Cleaning up after meals and maintaining appliances.
• Setting up dining tables.
• Assisting with formal service and event execution.
• Coordinating with chefs, butlers, and additional staff.
• Post-event cleanup and organization.
• Watering indoor plants and maintaining floral arrangements.
• Receiving and organizing package deliveries.
• Overseeing home security measures and ensuring doors are locked.
• Reporting any maintenance or repair needs to homeowner.
