Willows Hotel, Restaurant, and Event Center is a luxurious destination renowned for its exceptional accommodations, exquisite dining, and versatile event spaces. We are dedicated to providing the highest level of guest satisfaction and are seeking diligent and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our housekeeping team.

Position Summary:

Housekeepers at Willows play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a comfortable and immaculate environment during their stay. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our facilities.

Responsibilities:

The Housekeeper's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Room Cleaning:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and suites to a high standard, including making beds, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Ensure that bathrooms are spotless, with clean fixtures and fresh linens.

Facility Cleaning:

• Clean and maintain all spaces, including kitchen, offices, hallways, lobbies, and lounges.
• Monitor and replenish amenities in public restrooms.

Linen and Towel Care:

• Collect and sort soiled linens and towels.
• Wash, dry, fold, and store linens as per established procedures.

Guest Supplies:

• Restock guest room amenities, such as toiletries, coffee, and refreshments.
• Verify that each room's in-room items are in good condition.

Maintenance Reporting:

• Report any maintenance or repair needs in guest rooms or public areas.
• Assist in maintaining the general order and functionality of the hotel.

Lost and Found:

• Report any lost items found during cleaning to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Ensure lost items are stored and cataloged according to company policy.

Adherence to Procedures:

• Follow housekeeping procedures and guidelines to maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Team Collaboration:

• Coordinate and communicate with the Housekeeping Supervisor and other staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet department goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar setting is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently and follow established cleaning procedures.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Physical fitness for lifting, bending, and long periods of standing.
