Connect Talent Solutions , Hampton Roads one of fastest growing companies is seeking experienced House Cleaners . We are seeking a hardworking and reliable full-time (40+ hours per week) house cleaners to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all assigned properties are cleaned to a high standard within the allocated time frame. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in house cleaning and possess excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain all areas of assigned properties including bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and kitchens
- Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing surfaces
- Change linens, make beds, and tidy up rooms
- Clean and polish furniture, fixtures, and appliances
- Manage laundry and ironing duties as required
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
- Follow health and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in house cleaning
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Good communication and time-management skills
- Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 lbs)
- Ability to work in various environments (indoor and outdoor)
