Hotel General Manager Job Requirements:

• Prior experience as a GM or strong AGM in hotels
• Overseen food and beverage operations within a hotel
• Great with guests and enjoy meeting them and being on the floor to engage
• Proven track record of growing market share and a strong understanding of hotel financials
• Mentorship mindset! We want someone who loves to help their team learn and grow
