Job Description

We are searching for a new General Manager to lead out team at our boutique hotel! We believe in taking care of our teams and are looking for a General Manager who shares that mission. Hotel General Manager Job Requirements:

Prior experience as a GM or strong AGM in hotels
Overseen food and beverage operations within a hotel
Great with guests and enjoy meeting them and being on the floor to engage
Proven track record of growing market share and a strong understanding of hotel financials
Mentorship mindset! We want someone who loves to help their team learn and grow
