Assistant General Manager Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role at a large-scale property
Hands-on leader with an ownership mentality
Enthusiastic attitude and positive work ethic
Strong understanding of finances

Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:

Oversee multiple dining outlets and the banquet and catering department
Interact with guests to ensure an exceptional experience
Work daily on the floor with your team
