Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the RN Manager of Employee Health Clinic will be accountable for overseeing the Employee Health for the health system, including the Employee Health Program, Workers Compensation and Disabilities Program, and Leave of Absence Program. The RN Manager of Employee Health is responsible for overseeing the operational workflow including: managing clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring state and federal compliance, monitoring budgets, assisting with continuous education for new hires and current staff, updating policy procedures, implementing quality performance initiatives, and preparing all material for accreditation, surveys, and regulatory bodies.
This RN Manager of Employee Health will be a strong communicator, excited to support their team as it evolves with the organization and current events. The RN Manager of Employee Health can effectively manage projects, work under pressure, able to meet deadlines and develop actionable plans. Additionally, the RN Manager of Employee Health will encourage a team-oriented model, address conflict immediately, and ensure employee and patient safety. The ideal RN Manager of Employee Health will have some experience in employee or occupational health settings, managing Worker's Compensation, FMLA, ADAAA, OSHA Act, Delaware State Disability, PFL, and return to work programs.
