Learn more about us: Animal Emergency Clinic | Emerald City Emergency Clinic (emeraldcity24hrvet.com) Duties and Responsibilities Leadership duties include but are not limited to: Managing the recruiting and hiring process, making recommendations for advancements, and overseeing performance reviews of the support staff. Coordinating with all departments by organizing and leading regular team meetings and ongoing training. Maintaining clear and respectful communication with all team members. Oversight and development of the hospital's financial and budgetary activities, including but not limited to: Analyzing monthly financial statements. Generating and reviewing KPI reports and utilizing information for strategic planning. Identifying and making recommendations for potential growth for existing and potential new services. Oversight and development of operational functions including but not limited to: Establishing and maintaining internal standard operating procedures. Developing community outreach strategies to generate awareness of ECEservice offerings -- including education, marketing, public relations, and participation in community events. Serving as a liaison between ECE and other veterinary practices to build relationships and give back to the local community. A qualified candidate will have minimum: 3 years of experience in management and growth of a multi-specialty and/or emergency hospital. Proven background in creating and growing a positive organizational culture through leadership and collaboration. Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience. Lastly, the successful candidate is a leader who will thrive in a fast-paced, multi-faceted, high-growth hospital environment. Our compensation package includes a startingbase salary between $85,000 - 110,000with annual bonus eligibility.
