Home Service Dispatcher Location Tampa, FL :

Dispatcher- Tampa Florida

In this position, the Dispatcher supports the technicians, management, and all customers. The Dispatcher/Service Coordinator will support technicians and managers through various high-level administrative and customer service tasks. The Dispatcher/Service Coordinator will always provide high-level customer service during their daily responsibilities.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Represent the Acree way- Positive, Passionate, and Professional.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Prepare detailed work orders and supporting documents for every order.
  • Dispatch technicians promptly and provide ongoing scheduling services.
  • Utilize Service Titan to manage and monitor customer relationships.
  • Manage the scheduling of the different departments, assigning technicians based on availability, location, and job requirements for optimal efficiency.
  • Ensure adequate supplies and materials by creating and maintaining purchase orders.
  • Provide clients with comprehensive warranty information and process all warranties promptly.
  • Make sure that permits are pulled and closed promptly.
  • Contribute to accounts payable/receivable activities and provide the necessary documentation.
  • Generate weekly status reports tracking work orders, estimates, inquiries, etc.
  • Work in office Mon-Friday 10am-7pm. With one Saturday from 4pm-9pm once a month and a monthly rotating on-call schedule one week a month (from home).
  • File, scan, and other office tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of Home Service Dispatching Experience required.
  • Ability to multi-task with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and prioritization
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Prior customer service experience is a PLUS!!!
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Computer Skills (Microsoft Office).

Experience/ Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience

Compensation:

  • Starting at $18/HR, based on experience.
