Current opening in Crestview FL Interim Health-Care is looking for an extremely motivated Home Health Aide to provide Private Duty Care for 1 Client in Crestview, 30 hrs weekly

Excellent Communication
Assist client with bathing, oral hygiene, grooming, toileting maintaining a clean and safe environment
Assist client with other activities: shopping, homemaking, prepare and serve meals, and client socialization
Companion
Utilize good infection control measures
Recognize, document and report changed in client environment to supervisor

Job Requirements

6 months experience
Excellent Communication
Florida CNA License or HHA Certification
Current CPR
Valid Driver's License
Proof of Current Car Insurance
Reliable transportation
