One Mind & Body - Immediate Home Based Call Center Agent

Join our team at One Mind & Body, a unique Los Angeles retreat dedicated to holistic wellness for the mind and body. As a Home Based Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, guiding them on their journey towards better mental and physical health.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and deliver exceptional customer service
• Assist clients with appointments, class registrations, and inquiries
• Provide information on wellness programs and services
• Document client interactions and update records accurately
• Collaborate with team members to resolve client concerns
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even during high call volumes
• Stay updated on services, programs, and promotions
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Communications is a plus
• Previous experience in customer service or call center preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes with attention to detail
• Proficient computer skills and phone system experience
• Genuine interest in mental and physical wellness
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
