D2B Groups is looking for a dedicated Heavy Equipment Shop Mechanic to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of heavy material-handling equipment in a shop environment. Your primary duties will include conducting detailed inspections, performing preventative maintenance, and executing repairs on various machinery, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently. You will work with cutting-edge tools and technologies to provide top-tier service to our clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Target Compensation Range: $25 - 32 / hour

Requirements

• Experience working as a mechanic on heavy equipment is required.
• Proficient in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• 2+ years of experience in a shop environment preferred.
• Knowledge of industry safety standards and practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work as part of a team and share knowledge.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
