We are looking for a full-time Healthcare Recruiter for one of the most prestigious facility's in Phoenix, AZ! 
$80,000-$85,000
Hybrid Role
MUST HAVE 3 years healthcare experience.
KPI DRIVEN! Money Motivated! 

• Utilize relationship building skills to assess healthcare professional goals and which assignments will provide the best fit for their needs.
• Evaluate, screen, and interview potential candidates.
• Communicate regularly with healthcare professionals regarding assignment-related details.
• Maintain an open line of communication with the active staff with appropriate follow-up.
• Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements.
• Complete necessary pre-employment processes including reference checks, back-ground checks and drug tests for all travel candidates.

Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Business Related 
Minimum 2 years experience hiring for healthcare positions. 

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
