Your Role in Transforming Recovery
As a Remote Therapist, you will be at the forefront of the future of addiction treatment. Your work will expand access to vital mental health and substance use services, empower clients, and contribute to a mission-driven career where you make a lasting impact every day.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group therapy through a secure telehealth platform, supporting clients with substance use and co-occurring disorders.
Utilize trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices in treatment.
Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and adjust personalized care plans.
Deliver therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy, based on client needs.
Conduct ongoing assessments of client progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Maintain relationships with referral sources related to client caseload.
Provide crisis intervention, psychoeducation, and long-term recovery strategies through virtual care.
Demonstrate insight into healthcare professional monitoring and licensing boards.
What We're Looking For:
Master's degree in a clinical or behavioral health field.
At least 5 years of experience in a clinical or behavioral health setting.
Active Pennsylvania license as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
Minimum of 2 years of experience providing telehealth therapy.
Background in outpatient treatment, particularly working with clients with dual diagnoses and substance use disorders.
Experience collaborating with healthcare professionals (e.g., nurses, pharmacists, physician assistants).
Proficiency in telehealth platforms and digital communication tools.
A strong commitment to improving accessibility to behavioral health treatment.
