You'll leverage your financial acumen and leadership skills to guide your team in delivering exceptional service and tackling complex challenges for healthcare organizations.

Responsibilities: 

• Lead and empower a team of Healthcare Consultants, fostering collaboration and maximizing their impact.
• Oversee comprehensive reviews of client documentation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Analyze intricate business, finance, and accounting issues within the healthcare industry.
• Develop innovative solutions and address client concerns with a focus on problem-solving and exceeding expectations.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and integrate client accounting systems for improved functionality.

Required Qualifications: 

• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with a strong understanding of the healthcare landscape (a plus, but not required).
• Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; a Master's degree is a strong differentiator.
• CPA certification is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
