HEALTH COACH

CoreLife seeks a dedicated Health Coach to join our team. In this role, you will provide virtual health coaching services, focusing on weight loss and overall health improvement. You will work directly with clients to manage their nutrition, fitness, and behavior, ensuring high-quality care and positive outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Client Engagement: Receive and manage referrals to the health coaching program with professionalism and courtesy.
• Consultations: Conduct client consultations both in person and via video visits.
• Education: Positively and professionally educate clients about the coaching process and the value of available wellness services. Offer health and wellness education using various strategies.
• Intervention Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate interventions, making modifications as needed.
• Client Assessment: Evaluate and assess the habits and histories of new clients.
• Motivational Strategies: Use motivational techniques to encourage clients to explore their readiness for change.
• Coordination: Coordinate health coaching efforts to address client objectives and goals as identified during assessments.
• Success Tracking: Measure and track client success using department KPIs and metrics.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Certifications: Certifications in one or more of the following areas are a plus: Certified Health Education Specialist, Smoking Cessation, Wellness Coach, or Nutritionist.
• Experience: 3 years + providing Health Coach both in-person and virtually
