Job Title :Health Care Admin

Location:Multiple locations

Job Requirements :

Health care Administrator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a healthcare facility, including managing staff, finances, and patient care. Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care while maintaining financial stability and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction to all hospital staff, including physicians, nurses, and support staff.
  • Manage the hospital's finances, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting.
  • Operations management: oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital, including managing resources, scheduling, and inventory.
  • Identify areas for quality improvement and implement processes and programs to ensure the highest quality patient care.
  • Regulatory compliance: Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations and standards related to healthcare, including safety, quality, and privacy regulations.
  • Strategic planning: Develop and implement long-term strategic plans for the hospital, including identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Need to develop and maintain relationships with the local community, including patients, families, and community leaders.
  • Patient care: Hospital Administrators ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, including developing and implementing policies and procedures related to patient care.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Degree in healthcare administration or a related field. A master's degree in healthcare administration is preferred.
  • Experience: Need to have a minimum of two years of experience in healthcare administration, including managing staff, finances, and operations.
