We are seeking a seasoned Web and Design Lead with an MFA and a proven track record of driving exceptional digital and physical brand experiences. This role will play a pivotal part in managing creative production for a fast-growing marketing team, overseeing all aspects of web design, development, and production, while also contributing to video production and trade show exhibit design.

What you'll do

Website Management and Development :

• Lead the design, development, and production of the company website, ensuring it is visually engaging, technically sound, and mobile-optimized.

• Own technical SEO strategy and implementation to maximize website visibility and performance.

• Handle all web development and production tasks, including coding and platform management.

Creative Direction and Production :

• Manage and execute creative projects to support the company’s marketing goals, including videos, graphics, and booth designs for trade shows and events.

• Lead the design and production of trade show exhibits and booths that effectively convey brand messaging and attract engagement.

• Oversee video production, from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.

Marketing and Team Collaboration :

• Partner with the marketing team to develop creative solutions that elevate the brand across digital and physical mediums.

• Provide creative leadership and mentorship to designers and external vendors.

• Establish and maintain a consistent visual identity across all materials, both online and offline.

Web Design and Maintenance :

• Design and maintain web pages, ensuring intuitive navigation, brand consistency, and compliance with accessibility standards.

• Monitor and analyze website analytics, implementing improvements to enhance user engagement and conversions.

Requirements

Education and Experience :

• Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in web design, development, and creative direction, preferably in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Technical Skills :

• Expertise in web development tools and languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

• Proficiency with CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow.

• Strong understanding of technical SEO principles and implementation.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and video editing tools.

Creative Expertise :

• Experience in booth and trade show exhibit design.

• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality video content.

• Exceptional skills in graphic design and creative storytelling.

Soft Skills :

• Excellent communication and project management abilities.

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
