Are you passionate about wine and viticulture? ???? Do you want to be a part of a prestigious winery located in the heart of the Texas High Plains AVA? Llano Estacado Winery is looking for dedicated full-time and part-time cellar Harvest crew members to join our close-knit team for the upcoming harvest season!

What You'll Do:
- Engage in all aspects of harvest work, from grape sorting and processing to operating the crush pad and maintaining cellar equipment.
- Be a part of a team that produces a wide range of wines from varieties like Tempranillo, Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Riesling, and many more.
- Ensure the success of our harvest through teamwork, dedication, and a shared passion for premium wine production.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize cellar and equipment.
- Sort and process grapes.
- Monitor and maintain fermentations.
- Manage daily cap tasks and barrel work.
- Operate pumps and handle limited forklift duties.
- Pull samples for analysis and assist with wine additions.

Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work long hours, including weekends.
- Punctuality, dependability, and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work hard, be a team player, and have fun!
- Enology or related degree and previous winery experience are pluses.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
