The supervisor will achieve the highest level of productivity in the most cool-effective manner possible while meeting the specifications of the customers. This role ensures the plant equipment is tested regulated and the plant conditions are sufficient and sanitary in accordance with the USDA.

The ideal candidate will require:

Bachelor's degree
2+years' experience in a managing role or similar
experience in pork and/or packaging operations role
Ability to evaluate key performance indicators (KPI's) and make improvements.
Ability to work under pressure and to react to situations with a strong sense of urgency.
