Hardscape Project Manager - Landscaping Company - Base Salary to 85k/year - Jacksonville, FL

• Our client is a commercial landscaping company that has been providing its services in Northeast Florida for over 30 years.
• They are currently seeking a Hardscape Project Manager for their team in Jacksonville. The Hardscape Project Manager will identify project opportunities and material/ sub requirements, acquire proposals, close the sale on proposed work, and manage the construction process.

Responsibilities:

• Identify project opportunities to bid
• Gather scope of work, plan, specifications, and related documents to get a complete understanding of project.
• Identifies material and sub requirements
• Maintains cost data
• Contributes to team effort
• Prepare quantity takeoffs
• Acquires proposals from subcontractors in required trades
• Resolves discrepancies
• Timely completion of estimates
• Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information
• Prepare review and evaluation of cost estimates for CEO approval
• Present proposals
• Follow-up once proposals are submitted and provide feedback to management
• Close the sale on proposed work
• Manage the construction process
• Attending client meetings and project walk-through, visit job sites to coordinate sub. field work, and keep a record of all verbal information disseminated by the client.
• Full P/L responsibilities and progress reporting to CEO on a regular basis

Qualifications:

• Commercial Estimating/Construction Knowledge
• Ability to read plans, specifications, and related documents and analyze information
• Knowledge of all aspects of commercial hardscape construction.
• Associate or bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• 4+ years in commercial construction field
• Ability to close business

Compensation:

• Base salary up to 85k/year
