We are seeking an experienced graphic designer specializing in Presentation Design to join its fun and wildly talented Creative & Content team. Every program has a different scope of work, audience, location, clients, and goals. While the primary responsibility of this role is to create smart, compelling presentations, highly motivated and influential artists will have the chance to dabble in other areas like branding, experience design, motion graphics, and video. This role affords the maker ample opportunity to travel and work in wholly unique circumstances with leaders at the highest level of well-known brands. Your ideas and designs have the potential to be showcased on massive screens, live, in front of thousands of people. Sound cool?

Candidates must submit a digital portfolio of presentation work to be considered and complete a design test as part of the interview process. We look forward to meeting you!

Successful candidates will have the following: 

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art, communications, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of design experience required; agency or entertainment experience preferred
• Extensive knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and presentation software (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides)
• Command of typography, layout design, color theory, and other fundamental design principals
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and present design concepts.
• Strong storytelling sense; great sense of pacing visuals to talking points for maximum emphasis
• Ability to conceptualize and execute design ideas independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with brand guidelines and maintaining visual consistency
• Ability to travel for up to 7 days at a time
• Experience with any of the following is a plus: After Effects, Premiere, C4D, Dimension
• Motion graphics, content development and writing, video editing experience is a plus

What you would be doing at Unbridled: 

• Building branded 16x9 templates in Powerpoint
• Creating custom presentations with unique aspect ratios in Keynote
• Elevating the effectiveness of an existing pitch deck through elegant layouts and thoughtful deployment of brand assets
• Developing custom, in-show multi-media extravaganzas that absolutely blow your clients away
• Confident developing custom presentations solo and with a mixed team of creatives – writers, video producers, motion graphics artists, art directors, creative directors
• Have extensive experience working directly with C, V and D – Suite level executives and are very comfortable with iterating in real-time, in high-pressure situations
• Portfolio includes presentations produced for live events
• Proficient in what it means to meet clients where they are
• In command of the design thinking behind your work
• Business Savvy
• Excellent at addressing notes
