Your Mission: The Graphic Designer plays a crucial role in our marketing team, contributing to the creation of captivating visual content that enhances Sun Health's brand image. This position requires expertise in designing and producing high-quality deliverables for a wide range of mediums, including print and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Manager of Brand and Creative Services, creative team, and marketing team to deliver exceptional, brand-compliant designs.
• Engage in a variety of creative projects, including but not limited to print and digital work such as flyers, brochures, templates, business cards, direct mail, postcards, special invitations, social and email graphics, presentations, event materials, vector art, and large format signage.
• Thoroughly analyze design briefs to understand project requirements, streamline the approval process, and ensure deliverables meet internal client expectations.
• Work with the Manager of Brand and Creative Services to gain approval on tasks, while demonstrating self-motivation and efficiency in independently performing tasks.
• Adapt designs based on feedback, demonstrating openness to constructive criticism and flexibility in navigating the approval process and shifting timelines to meet project standards and deadlines.
• Maintain ongoing communication and daily tracking of tasks in the marketing team's project management system to ensure seamless workflow and efficient project execution.
• Proactive approach to handling a fast-paced work environment, seamlessly transitioning from project to project, demonstrating agility in adapting to evolving priorities, and effectively prioritizing multiple tasks within time and budget restrictions.
• Nurture positive relationships with our stakeholders and external vendors by communicating clearly to ensure smooth execution of orders.
• Thorough understanding and adherence to brand standards, ensuring consistency across all visual materials.
• Expertly perform retouching and manipulation of photography to enhance visual appeal and meet high-quality standards.
• Proactively seek to fill in knowledge gaps and stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.
• Available for onsite creative meetings and gatherings as requested.

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, or related field.
• 3-5 years of graphic design experience and comprehensive knowledge of layout, color theory, color models, and printing prepress evidenced by a compelling design portfolio with diverse project samples.
• Advanced knowledge of layouts, design fundamentals, typography, in print and web formats.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, and Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Dreamweaver, Figma, XD are a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft products, including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint.
• Video editing and logo animation a plus.
• Experience with mailing guidelines and best practices for designing print materials to meet postal. regulations.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred.
• Possess current or ability to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card is required.
