We are looking for a skilled and motivated  Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team who will create and design creative content based on the department needs.

As a Graphic Designer you’ll get to work with our marketing team to help develop brand awareness about our company through online and offline channels. More specifically, you’ll get to:

  • Create content and visuals (images and videos) for events to be used on social media channels, newsletters, blog, banners etc.
  • Help convert our brand fans into loyal customers with engaging, responsive, responsible, surprising, and captivating creatives
  • Help grow our audience across countries

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements

  • Design engaging digital assets for online platforms, including social media graphics, web banners, email campaigns and print assets

  • Create custom illustrations and infographics to enhance visual storytelling and support content across various mediums

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions

  • Amend designs based on stakeholder and client feedback

  • Stay updated on design trends and incorporate modern design elements into digital projects

  • Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and develop interactive design

  • Proofread to produce accurate and high-quality work

  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

  • Research on the target audiences design needs

  • Collaborate with print vendors to ensure the quality and accuracy of printed materials

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field

  • Fluency in English

  • Three or more years of experience in professional graphic design, preferably with a creative or marketing agency

  • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics to be shared upon completion of application

  • Demonstrate proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

  • Video editing will be considered as a plus (Software technologies such as After Effects, Da Vinci and Premier)

  • Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software

  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details

  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills

  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
