Graphic Design Intern

We are a fast-paced, high-growth startup, committed to transforming healthcare delivery through our innovative Whole-Person Specialty Care model. As we rapidly scale our team, we are looking for Graphic Design Intern to make an important impact. You will explore your interests and hone your skills in a startup environment and have the opportunity to be part of the whole creative process from concept to delivery. 

What you’ll do:
  • Learn from a high-performing mission-oriented team that cares about your growth and development
  • Contribute to designs that will be used in the real world and create a positive impact on the lives of patients with chronic illnesses
  • Add your voice to creative brainstorm sessions and campaign development
  • Gain experience in brand development and creative execution
  • Contribute to the creation of marketing materials and digital campaigns
  • Develop a strong understanding of AndHealth’s positioning and ensure its flawless execution
  • Understand impact and the success metrics tied to marketing strategies
  • Assist with administrative tasks, time management, and project management
  • Job mix is roughly 65% design execution and production support, 20% strategy and documentation, 15% general office administrative assistance

Education & Licensure Requirements:
  • Studying graphic design, marketing, or related field.
Other Skills or Qualifications:
  • Experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Experience with video editing and/or motion graphics preferred
  • Illustration, photography, and copywriting skills a plus
  • Strong judgement, project management and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in branding, marketing, and adv
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and solve complex problems in a fast-paced setting
