**Requirements**
* 3+ years managing Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube)
* Strong keyword research, query mining, and account architecture skills
* Hands-on with GA4 and GTM for conversion/event setup and troubleshooting
* Comfort optimizing bids, budgets, and creative to Quality Score and revenue goals
* Experience with Google Ads Editor and basic scripting/automation a plus
* Clear written English; async updates; overlap ≥4 hrs with Pacific Time
**Key Responsibilities**
* Plan, build, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, PMAX, Shopping, and YouTube
* Audit SQRs; maintain negatives, audiences, and asset groups for scale and efficiency
* Set up conversion tracking and ensure reliable data flow to GA4 and Ads
* Run structured experiments (ad copy, assets, landing pages) and document learnings
* Deliver weekly performance reporting with insights and action plans
* Collaborate with PPC Manager and Designers to refresh creatives and landing pages
