POSITION – General Labor

JOB LOCATION – Belgium, WI

STARTING DATE – Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp to hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 7:00pm to 7:00am | Rotating Schedule with Mandatory Overtime

STARTING PAY – $13.50 per hour

BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus

REQUIRED EDUCATION – None

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – No experience needed

This entry-level General Labor position is great for someone looking to get back into the workforce or start a new path. You’ll be part of a team supporting production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The work is physical and requires standing for 12-hour shifts, but training is provided, and the team is supportive.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general production tasks such as stacking, sorting, or packaging
• Inspect product for defects and remove damaged items from the line
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
• Support team leads with any other labor tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for the full 12-hour shift
• Ability to work overtime as required
• No experience necessary – just bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Dependability and strong attendance are a must
• Great for someone looking to prove themselves and build a fresh start
