Reports To: Department Manger
Direct Reports: None
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Hourly base rate plus the opportunity for an additional $1.00/hour for working your full schedule
Position Overview: Adds hardware to garments; Inspects garments for flaws and accurate construction
Essential Job Functions:

• Operate industrial hardware machines with care and precision
• Must be detail oriented and become familiar with the garments
• Stand at inspection table to inspect and fold finished garments
• Takes pride in ensuring an excellent finished garment is ready for shipment to customers

Non-Essential Job Functions:

• Other duties as assigned by Department Manager

Training: Necessary training will be provided on the job
Qualifications:
Education & Certifications: High School Diploma or GED preferred
Experience: No experience necessary, training will be provided
Key Competencies: Initiative, Dependability, Achievement Orientation, Analytical Thinking, Self Confidence, Team Player
Physical Requirements: Ability to handle garments that are sometimes bulky; Standing for extended periods of time
Working Conditions: Plant environment with constant background noise
