Job Description

1. Manage the Vietnam process technology and sample-making team, responsible for team KPIs.
2. Improve and standardize processes, drawings, and structures during the sampling and trial production phases to reduce process and quality risks; produce controlled product deepening drawings and technical documents (including but not limited to: product three-view drawings, packaging explosion diagrams, loading diagrams, BOM, installation drawings, component drawings, part drawings, raw material technical drawings and requirements, process drawings, process flows, tooling and fixture drawings, metal structure drawings/cutting diagrams/welding diagrams/board-type splitting diagrams/board-type process drawings/sample assembly drawings, etc.), and convene reviews when necessary.
3. Responsible for budget management, cost management, and management and skill enhancement related to molds, equipment, and sampling at the Vietnam sampling center.
4. Develop the MC material control plan for the Vietnam sampling center, submit material purchase requests proactively to ensure timely procurement of materials and implementation of the MC plan, ensuring no material shortages and quality.
5. Develop the sampling schedule PC plan for the Vietnam sampling center, submit material purchase requests proactively to ensure achievement rates of the sampling schedule and personnel efficiency, ensuring sampling quality.
6. Manage departmental 6S/safety and other temporary assignments from superiors.
