What You'll Do:

Legal Craftsman: Draft and review key real estate documents, including contracts, riders, and closing statements.
Title Investigator: Conduct thorough title searches and due diligence investigations.
Closing Coordinator: Manage the entire closing process, coordinating with clients, attorneys, and other parties.
Problem Solver: Identify and resolve legal issues that may arise during transactions.
Client Advocate: Provide exceptional client service and build strong relationships.
What You'll Need:

1-5 years of experience in real estate law.
Strong knowledge of real estate contracts, closings, and title searches.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
