Full-Time Live-In Household Manager/Nanny $108,360 - $116,460 per year NEEDED ASAP

Seeking a full-time live-in Household Manager/Nanny for a family with two children, ages 3 years old and 7 months old. The ideal candidate is an experienced and proactive individual with a "can-do" attitude, capable of managing both household and childcare responsibilities. Must be pet-friendly, as there is a dog in the home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive care to the children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Plan and engage the children in age-appropriate activities.
• Support developmental milestones and routines (e.g., feeding, nap schedules, potty training).
• Prepare family meals and snacks.
• Handle family laundry and maintain the children’s wardrobe.
• Assist with household organization and light tidying as needed.
• Drive the children to activities, appointments, and other scheduled outings (car provided).

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (60 hours per week).
• Guaranteed hours every week.
• Weekends off and live-out

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $30 per hour for the first 40 hours, 1.5x overtime for hours over 40.
• Annual Salary: $108,360 - $116,460 (based on the new hourly rate and overtime).

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience caring for infants and toddlers.
• Must be capable of managing two young children while handling household duties.

• Must be local and able to live-in Monday through Friday.
• Provide 3-5 professional references.
• US work authorization.
